It’s spring, and that always means it’s time for a quick refresh before wedding season gets crazy! On my way down to photograph Emma & Jake’s bridal session, I stopped at the studio for some portraits with Shanel & Halie.

I wasn’t planning to blog these, BUT I thought it would be fun to do a quick update about the 3 of us!

Carys: Life is busier and better than ever! McKay is 18 months old and ACTIVE! We spend our afternoons going on long walks, kicking a soccer ball, and watering our plants (my lilacs and rose bushes are just starting to bud, and I can’t wait)! This year, I will be traveling to Mexico, Chicago, Scottsdale, and Montana for weddings and portraits. I can’t wait for the amazing things this year will have to offer.

Shanel: Shanel’s oldest son returned home from his mission just before Christmas, so they have been enjoying getting to spend family time together! She loves getting to help watch her grandson, Luca, and of course, photographing engagement and bridal sessions while we wait for our summer wedding season!

Halie: Halie is busier than ever, with 3 kids in school, 1 in preschool, and 1 at home. Halie has 3 upcoming trips that she can’t wait for. One to Texas, Las Vegas, and Moab. Halie just upgraded some camera gear, and we can’t wait to see the magic that’s created!
