Abby and Trevor planned a winter wedding at the Saratoga Springs Temple and Alpine Arts Center, which is one of our favorite Utah venues. Abby and Trevor’s wedding day started with blue skies(believe it or not), and ended with a winter storm warning. A few minutes after Abby and Trevor’s temple exit, the snow started to dump. The falling snowflakes made for the most magical family portraits (snow does not mean the end of the world)!
Their husband & wife portraits at the Saratoga Springs Temple were some of my all time favorites due to the crazy snow and rain. They might not agree because everyone was freezing, but the photos are SO worth it, and such a fun memory of a surprising snow storm on their wedding day.
We headed to the Alpine Arts Center for their reception, which was classic and timeless as always. The Alpine Arts Center does such a good job keeping things cohesive and consistent from wedding to wedding; we always know that it will be a classic and beautiful event there in winter or summer. Abby and Trevor’s reception was intimate and special, and ended with the most fun bagpipe send off!
