When Gabby first contacted me, she was so excited to be one of the first couples to be married in the Layton, Utah LDS temple. She and Carter were hoping and praying that they would be able to get a spot at the newly dedicated Layton temple. When they got engaged, the Layton temple wasn’t even offering sealing times yet, so they were waiting to schedule and hoping to be able to get in at that temple. Luckily they were, and it was absolutely stunning!

We can’t wait to get to photograph more weddings at the Layton temple because these are some of our favorite temple portraits ever.

Gabby and Carter had the most beautiful family-centered, summer wedding day. We loved everything about it, from the pale yellow flower girl dresses, to the memory table and the lovely ribbon want exit. Gabby and Carter are two of the sweetest people, an their wedding day was a reflection of the joy that they bring to everyone around them.

Most people love outdoor weddings in the summer because they just feel so comfortable. Everyone is together enjoying themselves, dancing and having fun, and Gabby and Carter’s summer wedding day was no exception.
